What is coworking?
Simply put, coworking brings people who share the need for a place to conduct their business in an interactive space together.

Your rates seem expensive than typical offices for lease in Alabang. Why is that?
A typical 30-60 sqm. office space in Alabang goes for about P400/sqm upwards. And that’s just the space. Factoring in association dues, utilities, repairs and fit outs, furniture, manpower, and monthly upkeep, renting an office space is actually far from cheap. With Launchpad membership rates, you’ll be getting 180 sqm. of space to work, lounge, and meet clients in. You don’t have to deal with internet, electricity, and maintenance. When you become a Launchpad member, you’re not just paying for the space; You are also paying for all the hassle-free services that your SME and brand will definitely benefit from.
How is it better than working from home or from a coffee shop?
It varies for different people, but we feel coworking is better than your coffee shop and working from home because:
– Our space is conducive for work.
– We have reliable internet access.
– No one will bug you and distract you from your tasks.
– Our relaxed vibe makes it feel like you ARE in a coffee shop. Oh, and we have coffee too.
– We encourage our coworkers to connect and collaborate.
– What are your hours of operation? What if I want to work past those hours?
– We are open from Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm. Saturdays from 10 am to 5pm and on Sunday were close. For after hours access, please contact us privately..
What should I bring to work at Launchpad?
Bring exactly what you would bring if you were going to work from a coffee shop. If you bring in, you should bring out if you are a common desker. We have locking storage solutions if you need it (Please bring your own padlocks though!)
May I bring in food?
We know that our brains need food to function, so yes you may bring in food (snacks or otherwise), but we highly encourage you to consume them in the pantry to be considerate to other desk spacers. Snacks may be brought to the working area, but again please be considerate with the smell, noise and crumbs that will be left behind.
I want to check it out. What’s next?
That’s easy. Just give us a holler or try our FREE 3-day trial.
I want to bring my kids or my pet. Can I?
Unfortunately, our building doesn’t allow pets. Kids are not conducive to our work environment so please do not bring them to work, or if absolutely necessary, we hope they won’t be that distracting.
Can I use Launchpad for my business address?
Absolutely. Check our pricing page for Virtual Office details.
What if I want to come in for just 2 or 3 hours, is that possible?
Yes, definitely! We have a minimum P250 Fly Pass good for up to 3 hours.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Credit card, cash, deposits, and check payments are all acceptable.
Should I wait until the 1st to join?
No, the day you start is the beginning of your month. No need to wait, come on in. Launchpad Coworking is where your ideas (will) fly!
